AEROPORT is built to keep the music you make close to you. This policy explains the limited information involved when you use the app and this website.
The short version
We do not sell personal information, run advertising, or use third-party advertising trackers in AEROPORT. Your recordings and project files stay on your device unless you choose to turn on iCloud sync.
Information the app uses
AEROPORT needs access to your microphone only when you choose to record audio. Audio you record, import, or create in the app is stored locally on your device. The app does not send that audio to Offlabel.
If you enable iCloud Library in AEROPORT, the app stores your selected library items in your private iCloud container so they can sync between your iPhone and iPad. This is optional and can be turned off in the app. Apple processes iCloud data under its own privacy policy and account settings.
Information from this website
This website does not require an account and does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Its hosting provider may process basic technical information, such as IP address and browser request data, to operate and secure the site.
Support messages
If you contact us, we receive the information you include in your message, such as your email address and the details needed to help with your request. We use it only to respond, troubleshoot, and maintain a record of the conversation. Please do not send private recordings unless we specifically ask for a sample to investigate an issue.
Your choices
You control microphone permission in your device settings. You can turn iCloud Library off in AEROPORT; local files remain on your device. You can also delete local recordings and app data using your device’s normal controls. For questions about data connected to a support request, email [email protected].
Children
AEROPORT is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy as AEROPORT changes. We will post the revised policy here and update its effective date.
