These terms set out the simple agreement for using AEROPORT and aeroport.app.
Using AEROPORT
AEROPORT is a music-making application published by Offlabel. You may use it for lawful personal and professional creative work, subject to the terms of the store or platform through which you obtain it.
Your music is yours
You retain rights in the recordings, compositions, and other material you create with AEROPORT. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for any audio you record, import, share, or publish.
Respecting the app
Please do not copy, modify, reverse engineer, rent, lease, resell, or distribute AEROPORT except where applicable law gives you that right. Do not use the app or website in a way that harms, disrupts, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to systems or other people’s data.
Availability and changes
We work to keep AEROPORT useful and available, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features, compatibility, and availability can change as we improve the product. Keep your own backups of work that matters to you.
Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Offlabel disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these terms. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of AEROPORT or this website.
Third-party services
Optional iCloud Library features are provided through Apple’s services and are subject to Apple’s terms and policies. Your use of any app store is also governed by that store’s terms.
